Tiptree and Stanway Consortium is a partnership based on collaboration and support, where schools value each other’s expertise, contribution, and individuality. Through regular Headteacher meetings, peer review, improvement champions, and an extensive training package, we work together to create the best environments for our individual schools. We have a wide range of subject and specialty networking groups and hold sporting and other events throughout the year for consortium member staff and students; we also facilitate finance support and networking with our Finance and Business Manager. We strive to achieve continual professional development, school improvement, peer support, and a strong shared community.
